Marketing

Professional photography and publication on the Portuguese portals and, where the property warrants it, on the international portals in four languages.

Completion

Seen through to the end

Negotiation, preliminary contract, mortgage discharge, scheduling and attendance at completion. Support with the capital gains calculation.

A company from 1989 in a new line of work

Probitas was founded in 1989 and spent thirty-seven years in corporate technology and IT security, across Portugal, Spain, France and Belgium. Same company, same management, same way of working — now also licensed as an estate agency.

That explains the method. We come from a sector where a badly prepared contract is expensive and where verification is the first task, not the last. We apply the same to property: paperwork first, listing second.

We speak Portuguese, English, French and Spanish, and with foreign buyers used to demanding processes.
